You can make payment for purchases in our store in the following ways:
Online payments – pay by electronic transfer, BLIK or Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro via Autopay S.A.
Traditional transfer – make a bank transfer directly to our bank account. After reserving the ordered goods, you will receive an e-mail with the bank account number to which you should transfer the correct amount. Processing of the order will begin after the funds are credited to our account.
Orders not paid within 3 days of their placement will be canceled.
Delivery methods within Poland:
InPost parcel machines – cost PLN 14, delivery time 2-3 business days
InPost courier – cost PLN 15, delivery time 1-2 business days
Pocztex courier – cost 15 PLN, delivery time 1-2 working days
Orlen Parcel – cost PLN 9, delivery time 1-2 business days
Delivery methods to European Union countries:
DPD courier – cost PLN 40, delivery time 2-5 working days

Due to the fact that our clothes are sewn only after the order is placed, the lead time is a maximum of 10 business days from the time the order is accepted for processing. We strive to ship our products within 24 hours of receiving them from the tailor shop.
