Put on a soft, unpadded bra. With a tailor’s tape measure, measure your circumference under your bust, with the tape measure on your body, not on the bra material. Then measure your circumference at the widest part of your bust. The tape measure should not be loose (measure without wrestling) or too tight. Make sure the tape measure is at the same height in the front as in the back when measuring.

Choose your Freya top size based on your under bust circumference and the difference between your bust and under bust circumference.

Choose the size of the body additionally on the basis of your height and body shape.

First, choose the right size due to the girth under the bust:

Circumference 65 – under bust circumference from 63 to 68 cm

Circumference 70 – under bust circumference from 68 to 73 cm

Circumference 75 – Circumference under the bust from 73 to 78 cm

Circumference 80 – under bust circumference from 78 to 83 cm

Circumference 85 – circumference under the bust from 83 to 88 cm

Circumference 90 – under bust circumference from 88 to 93 cm

Circumference 95 – Circumference under the bust from 93 to 98 cm

Circumference 100 – circumference under the bust from 98 to 103 cm

Since cotton tops and bodysuits are made of very stretchy knit fabric, it is likely that both adjacent sizes will fit you. If you prefer more fitted circuits, choose a smaller size, if the compression bothers you – opt for a larger one. Take into account that busts with more volume need more fitted circuits under the bust. The best solution is to try on both adjacent sizes and decide based on your own feelings.

For Freya cotton top (for busts up to bra cup G-H), choose the right size due to the difference between the circumference at the bust and under the bust:

S cup – difference in circumference up to 11 cm, usually good for breasts with bra cups A-B

M cup – the difference in circumference from 11 to 16 cm, usually good for busts with bra cups B-E

L cup – the difference in circumference from 16 to 21 cm, usually good for breasts with E-H bra cups

These values are approximate due to differences in the shape of women’s figures and the shape of the bust. It may happen that people with identical girths will choose two different sizes. Here again, the best solution is to try on adjacent sizes so as to choose the one in which you feel most comfortable.

For the Hestia reinforced top (for busts with bra cups above G-H), sizing based on the difference in circumference is not reliable, so choose the right size due to the bra size you normally wear:

XL cup – for breasts with H-I cups

XXL cup – for busts with I-J cups

Cup XXXL – for busts with J-K cups

If you have decided on the Venus nursing bodysuit, choose the length of the torso:

Standard size – will be comfortable for a height of 170 – 175 cm

Long size – has a torso extended by 10 cm, designed for a height of more than 170 – 175 cm

Remember that your breasts change in volume during the feeding period, depending on whether they are deflated or filled. When taking measurements, take this into account. Circumference differences are given for deflated breasts, and the cups have fabric reserve so that they do not compress the breasts when they are swollen.

Freya top sizes are designed rather stocky, especially the under bust circumference, so if you are hesitant – rather choose a size smaller. For the reinforced top, choose the under bust circumference actually measured, and for the Venus bodysuit, choose the actual circumference or even larger, as the clasp in the crotch will stabilize the design.
