You can withdraw from a contract concluded through our online store within 14 days without giving any reason.
Our store allows you to make a quick return via the van service. To use this service, click on the button below, which will redirect you to the return procedure.
If you do not opt for the fast return procedure, to withdraw from the contract send a clear statement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by email to shop@freemina.com or by regular mail. You can use the model withdrawal form, which you can download here, but it is not mandatory.
Then pack the returned goods appropriately and send them to us within 14 days from the day you send your statement of withdrawal. The cost of this shipment is on your side. Return address:

You will receive a refund of the payment made, including shipping costs, as soon as we receive the returned goods. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

You have the right to file a complaint on matters related to the operation of our store or the performance of the contract concluded through our online store.

We will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
A response to the complaint will be sent to the contact provided when submitting the complaint.
